handy city stay
central location comfy room warm feel
the location was excellent for exploring the city center. i found my room to be comfy for sleeping. the hostel had a warm feel.
the tv did not work and the room wasn't very clean. there wasn't a water bottle in the room.

great value and central location
central location relaxing communal area rooftop happy hour
the location was excellent i could easily walk to many attractions. the communal area was a plus i liked relaxing there and meeting people. the rooftop happy hour had free beer it was a great chance to connect with other travelers. i joined some for parties on the nearby street
the wifi connection was inconsistent it made working remotely a bit difficult

tourist spots dorm bed happy hour
the location rocks. it's seriously close to all the tourist spots. i scored a dorm bed for just 5 bucks, amazing. i loved happy hour on the rooftop, free beer and met awesome peeps.
my single room faced the stairway, noise traveled a lot. heard every footstep and chat. maybe ask for a room away from it.

richard was super helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. he arranged my tour to the cuchi tunnels, smooth and easy. the staff even let me stay in the same room when i extended my stay, they rock.

the location is unbeatable, steps away from major attractions. i stayed in a standard double room and found it comfortable. the staff assisted me in extending my stay, which i appreciated. i felt secure, and the affordable, clean room.
i noticed some stairway noise at times, though not excessively disruptive.

the family room felt super quiet, made sleep easy. air conditioning worked great. hot water ran without problem. the place near many things makes travel simple.
the staircase noises did carry a bit at times.

awful noise staff inattention
the location was convenient I suppose since it was near everything.
the noise was just awful at night because the hotel is next to a busy street, so i couldn't sleep well at all. plus, the staff didn't offer any help with my luggage to the third floor, a real inconvenience. they also controlled the air conditioning remotely, that was quite a bad experience and i felt helpless.

clean room food tips loose outlets poor wifi
the rooms are basic, but it was super clean and comfy. the staff give great food tips. perfect for us backpackers.
the outlets are very loose. the wifi is some of the worst i have ever seen, so dont even list it as available.
